Applebee's Lancaster

I called our order last night. The only good thing about the experience was that it was ready for pickup when I arrived. The rice looked out and tasted like he had been sitting for hours. The grilled chicken was dry and hard, like Bourbon Street Steak. Even the garlic potatoes were evil. And they forgot the side order. It was a very wasted $38. So disappointed because Applebees was always a favorite.

I didn't eat at this restaurant, but it was the third place I visited while looking for a bathroom as my unborn child was pressing on my bladder. Not only did they allow me to use the restroom without making a purchase, but a friendly black man, who I believe was a host, went out of his way to show me where it was located. It was September 11th, and the time was 3:05 PM. I didn't catch his name, but I thanked him for his hospitality. He was a very helpful and kind employee, deserving of a raise.

OMG. Looking for a nice place in Lancaster to take a date? KEEP LOOKING! Absolute worst food in town and the service is no better!
