Plaza Azteca - Lancaster

I had the vegan burrito and it was okay. I was quite jealous of my husband's unfagan court because it was the same price with much more variety. Mine was just a huge burrito without sides. Actually, it was not very interesting. But the margaritas were great.

The menu had a section specifically for vegan and vegetarian options, I got the vegan tacos and my bf got the vegan burrito, they were okay, I was not for their “vegan cheese” from just tofu, I think because it had no taste. The insides were made of potatoes, but had very little taste. I liked the beans and rice and honestly would be back only for that and the tropical margarita, but you are better off changing an order that is not already vegan. The restaurant was very nice, it was more imagination than an el rodeo restaurant that was a nice surprise.

I tried the vegan burrito and found it to be just okay. I couldn't help but feel envious of the non-vegan entrees my companions ordered, as they had a wider selection for the same price. My burrito was large but lacked any sides, making it a bit unexciting. However, the margaritas were delicious.

I ordered the herbal Fajitas, but requested it to be made vegan. The chips and salsa were served to us right away.
