Horrible experience!! First the table was so sticky the menu's stuck to it. Second table was much better. Then the food came. The pancake came out first, it was good but the other things didn't come out until over 10 minutes later. There was hair on my eggs so I sent it back. The second eggs had hair on them too. Obviously not hair from my head and it matches the cooks hair..gross! Halfway through my cup of coffee, there was a clump of hair stuck to the inside of the cup! Asked for the manager and she refused to come talk to me. I was told I would have to pay for my food, although ate very little of it. Worst experience ever!! I guess there was a reason the place was empty!

Awful. There was hair in my coffee cup and several more hairs found in the food. The manager refused to remove from our bill or even discount it. She refused to come out of the kitchen to speak with us. The very young waitresses were very nice but were not equipped to handle this situation. All around a very disappointing experience and the food was very average.

I was craving a steak tonight and the Ribeye with mashed potatoes broccoli hit the spot! The food was cooked to perfection and our waitress was very friendly and very efficient. They have a wide selection of food choices. I had the Reuben sandwich last time and it was delicious as well. I encourage everyone to patronize this local restaurant!

You can never go wrong at Grandma's. The food is very good. Unfortunately they do not have a liquor license nor serve beer or wine. We definitely will go
