Taco Bell - Lancaster

I ordered on the app, I asked for extra ground beef in my crisp packaging and they hardly have anything. I also asked for extra sauce packages, but they only have a few in. they didn't give me my drink. this place has no kind of skill.

Super nice employees but my food was bad. Cold, Cheese was not melted on the cheesy gordita crunch

Hate to leave a bad review. My family was disappointed. I only had half my order. The cashier promised it was all in the bag. Conveniently he did not give a receipt to me. So I can't prove anything. Always ask for the receipt and always check the bag. Lesson learn

Been trying to call the restaurant but nobody answers. My husband just bought some hard shell tacos from here and they were totally disgusting. The shell smelled bad and had a nasty taste like its been stored to long, totally not fresh. Throw out all those shells and start serving fresh ones. Total waste of money and food because we obviously didn't finish it.

I usually go nights...friendly AF in the drive thru, never skimpy with the FiRe saws and consistently good with the grub
