One area that needs improvement is the kitchen staff, as their performance ultimately affects the overall business—impacting both the tips for the waitstaff and the likelihood of customers returning. Food quality is crucial in the restaurant industry, and while service is equally significant, they must work together seamlessly. If the kitchen staff is lacking, it can harm the restaurant's reputation. Our waiter’s attentiveness to our needs is what earned this restaurant a rating of four stars.

Burger was wayyy under cooked. Food took forever. Waiter was top notch though and is why they even got 3 stars. He comped the meal and was just great and understanding. Big thank you to him

Great food with delicious seasoning! The ambiance is kind of unexpected, however, the vibe is cool. Fairly pricey but the food is really good and portion sizes are not bad. It?s very clean, staff was friendly, and overall I liked it. I will say the service was a bit slow but that didn?t affect my experience personally. I would recommend it here! Being right in the square, as well, makes it easily accessible to walk to and from!

This restaurant is located inside the downtown Marriott in Lancaster. The service is very friendly and efficient. The pork belly dish I had was good as the rice was way undercooked but how can you wrong with pork belly!

The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lovely, and if you're in the mood for a cocktail, I highly recommend The Awakening—it's fruity and delightful, I'd suggest it twice!
