Panera Bread - Lancaster

The manager on duty, Brandon, was an absolute delight!!! Excellent customer service! He totally brightened my day and I watched him make everyone who walked in smile and feel welcome. All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, food came out so quickly portions were bigger than I expected. All around a really great experience : One more shoutout for Brandon cause he was seriously awesome. Give this man a raise!!!

I asked for the Sierra turkey, they asked if they could put it in the cheese bagels if they were out of the normal bread, I said ok. I can't believe how bad Panera food has gotten. Haven't been to a Panera in 5 years but going to this location today I won't be back to one any time soon. It was expensive and bland. The grilled cheese wasn't even grilled and the bread just like warm. My group got a variety of soup and we each felt like they came microwaved in a bag (which I am pretty sure they do). The salads we got were ok and so we're the bbq chicken sandwich but not worth the price.
