Panera Bread - Lancaster

I'm really upset that I ate here today! I visited my sister near york pa. they had this beautiful, clean bread to eat. it was so clean eating was so delicious and it was really fresh. it looks so amazing. After I didn't go to my Fruitville-Pike for so many months, I decided to give it again. I order the pick-up two suppe and green divine salate when I got my meal, the salat did not look like the beautiful fresh salate I came down in york. I thought I'd come back, but I felt uncomfortable with the administration that nobody spoke to us. So I went away and home felt sick after what I ate. I am really sad of this experience because it felt so amazing down in york pa so wellnot after eating I went again two times. then I want to go to fruitville pike panra and after eating felt just so tired and tasty!

I was disappointed that no baguettes were available tonight. they have kiosks to order directly in registern, but they did not work. panera, I expected it better.

Warm and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and good choices. but for the quality, I agree. Waiting time could be better.

1 sandwich, a smooth and $1-cookie all, but $20. I'll be expensive. in addition, the service was slow. I waited 15 20 minutes longer than the company I received my food. I was two people behind my company food: 3/5

Love the relaxed atmosphere. Try the chicken and rice soup!? Their bread tends to be chewy and dry. Keep up the great service!Food: 3/5
