COCKROACH INFESTED SOUP! Where there is a Roach there is SEVERAL CRITTERs!!! I ordered two big tortilla soups to go and when I came home, I took the first spoon full, a huge rash. The fact that a cheek came in my soup speaks volumes about the residual lack of cleanliness and management. First of all, a cheek would not crawl into a bowl or hot soup so that the soup was definitely NOT FRESH. Secondly, the fact that they did not catch this ROACH in soup before serving shows that there must be a deep infiltration of villains in the kitchen, It?s DISGUSTING? This is a suit waiting for you. Medranos should be kept to the rest of the food industry. As a restaurant you have the responsibility to serve food that people are able to consume, not get sick or possibly kill. I wouldn't recommend anyone.

It was fair. Ceviche wasn't very good. Great chips and salsa. Carne asada Tacos were loaded with meat.

Delicious food, good service. Very recommended, they have a variety of choices. The Ceviche Tostada is for dying.

Great food great service every time so far and good salsa. You can always have a good Mexican restaurant with their salsa and these guys go the extra mile and bring beans with your salsa

Good food and great service despite being understaffed for a lunch rush. Everyone was very kind and communicative and even though they were very busy, we never felt like we had been forgotten about. Food is good but the staff is excellent!
