Longhorn Steakhouse - Lancaster

Incredible experience! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The prices are reasonable for the high quality of the food and drinks. I highly recommend this place for the whole family—you won't be disappointed!

We visited about two hours before closing, so I want to be fair in my review. The food was just okay. I didn't enjoy the French onion soup at all, but I did love the shrimp, even though I wasn't a fan of the rice underneath it. The kids' dishes were good, though some were extremely salty—I'm okay with salty, but this was a bit over the top! I would consider returning to try something different and at an earlier time. The staff, however, were wonderful.

The staff was very accommodating. After a small reservation snafu the manager corrected the issue and promptly seated us. They were so pleasant and our waitress was super friendly. Love this place!

Our server was friendly, but the restaurant was quite busy. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 20-minute wait, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes due to other guests who had called ahead. It was a Friday night, and the restaurant allowed call-ahead seating and reservations for large groups, which seems unnecessary. I believe that after 5 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, call-ahead seating and reservations should not be permitted. Once we placed our order, it took nearly 45 minutes to receive our food, which was just a simple meal. It seemed like our waitress had too many tables to manage at once.
