House Of Pizza - Lancaster

I put an order in 8/6 with an expected delivery of 7pm. they called me around 6:30 to let me know that they don 't deliver that far to me house, I verified that they canceled the order and that I 'd get my money back. A week late 8/14 I notice that I never got my money, I called them and the manager George Said that he 's been trying every single day but they refund keeps declining, For one George answered the phone with no greeting and a cavalier snobby attitude and Odd that 's he 's been trying to give me my money back daily but didn 't call me once, He said they were waiting for me to call. Extremely unprofessional. Never again.

In town for work. Wanted a simple dinner. Chicken Salad sandwich. Nailed it. Great ice tea also. Very fast. Great place!

They don't even deserve one star. This place used to be great, what a shame. Definitely wouldn't order from them again.

Old Pizza reheated . Hard crust tasted better in the 90s

This place…so good! Unanimous that their crust is one of the best we’ve ever had. It’s a crispy crust and baked to perfection. Sauce was so tasty should be sold on the counter to take some home with you. Wings were also cooked just right. We loved that there is a bar inside as well with choices of beer in tap, bottled beers mixed drinks too. We certainly enjoyed this meal as we were visiting Lancaster, PA. Excellent pizza place!!! Parking: We walked to this restaurant from our Air BNB that was about 1/2 mile away. We didn’t see a lot of street parking. There were a lot of people eating inside plenty of takeout too.
