Dutch Bros Coffee - Lancaster

I’m a month late in posting this review but I just want to say the women working there are amazing. I had just left from a funeral and chose to stop for some caffeine before making a 2 hour drive back home. The women obviously could tell I was not having a good day and they were just so kind to me. The drink was great, but the kindness from the 2 women working the drive thru is something I’ll always remember. I wish I had gotten their names. So grateful for my experience.

Always fast friendly service. There Golden Eagle is my fav.

I love Dutch Brothers! They are great normally . We were in this area and decided to stop here to get some coffee. Normally you go to any Dutch Brothers in Oregon and all the employees are dancing to music, singing and making jokes. They are always nice . This one was just the opposite. They were not friendly and the inside of the coffee drive thru was less than sanitary looking. We ordered coffee and they gave us the wrong order. They did not know how to make an espresso frappe nor a peppermint frappe. They gave my daughter a hot chocolate and me an iced coffee full of ice and not much else. We had to teach them how to make it. After we taught them how to make them the drinks were okay. I will continue to drink from Dutch Brothers because they are a very good company corporately. This company makes you work for the franchise a year before they will let you buy in and get one for yourself. They are a very good company. How this one in Lancaster started I have no idea. We won't be back there. We will continue to go to Dutch Brothers when we find one though. There is not a lot if them in Ca. I think only 3. They have great coffee and hot chocolate and if you do find one you won't be sorry. I give 5 stars to the company but only 1 star to this franchise.
