We were in the Lancaster area, and my wife wanted to try Core Life. I was skeptical at first, thinking it would be just another Qdoba or Chipotle imitation. However, we were pleasantly surprised to discover their delicious, healthier menu options. We tried the Korean BBQ pork and southwest grilled chicken bowls with purple rice, and both were fantastic. The Greek chicken tacos were also very tasty. They offer a variety of organic and non-GMO beverages, and my favorite was the fig and vanilla.

If you're looking for a healthy eatery that doesn't compromise on flavor, CoreLife is the place to be. They offer delicious meat options, including chicken and steak, for their burritos, bowls, and salads. I tried the steak and bacon wrap, and it was fantastic. All the ingredients were incredibly fresh and complemented each other perfectly.

A one star because of the food safety precautions that are severely lacking. At first, I appreciated that the chef wore gloves to distribute the raw chicken onto the grill. What I didn’t appreciate was when he kept those same gloves on- to put my COOKEDchicken on top of my salad. When I asked him if he had changed his gloves after handling raw meat and if I had just missed it,he rolled his eyes and took the gloves off and asked if I still wanted it. I said no-salmonella is not something to mess aroundwith, and it seemed as though the cashier understood this. They remade my salad and offered no sort of apology. Superdisgusted-I will never come back.

I have mixed reviews on this place. The first time I went I got the Mex chicken/purple rice bowl. It was out of this world! The sauce for it was so good. I told my friends all about this place. I couldn't stop thinking how good that bowl was! Couldn't waitto go back. Tonight I took my husband: we both got Korean bowls. The broccoli tasted so musty and the whole thing was just kindof gross. No flavor. My husband was annoyed. It also bothered me how dirty the kitchen was. Both times staff was ok. Not warm,but not rude. Unsure if I'll go back. I hated having a bad experience today.
