Burger King - Lancaster

I was served immediately when I placed my order in-store. It was filled quickly, with the burgers nicely wrapped and the fry container generously filled. The food was hot and delicious! Both the interior and exterior of the restaurant were clean and well-maintained. I also noticed a lot of customer activity, both through the drive-thru and inside, which speaks volumes about the service and food quality. I highly recommend this Burger King location!

The service I experienced tonight was disappointing. I recognize that many establishments are facing staffing shortages, but if that's the case, they should consider keeping only the drive-through open and closing the dining area. The person who took my order was new and ended up asking for the wrong items, resulting in an incorrect order. While I understand that mistakes can happen, there should have been someone supervising her since she was new. The manager was doing her best, but they should only take on what they can manage with their current staff.

This is usually my go to for burger King but this visit the lady taking my order tonight was very rude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or if she was just ready to go because it was the end of the night. Either way she needs better customerservice.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. If I could give zero stars, I would, as they don’t even deserve one. The drive-thru staff was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order. I usually don’t complain and tend to give retailers the benefit of the doubt since I have worked in retail myself, but this experience crossed the line. While I understand that some customers can be difficult, that doesn’t excuse the staff's attitude or lack of courtesy. It’s essential to treat all customers with respect, regardless of what challenges you may be facing. If you want to keep your customers coming back, please ensure that you double-check orders before they leave the store or drive-thru. Being friendly and professional goes a long way!
