Black Angus Steakhouse - Lancaster

The staff at this Black Angus was amazing.... This location experienced A/C issues and the staff was so gracious and so patient and made sure everyone in the entire restaurant was as comfortable as they possibly could be. Koodos to the staff!

Another OUTSTANDING dining experience. We had our daughter her husband visiting us, took everyone out to dinner. The food was outstanding, meats were cooked very well, tender, correct temperature. Waitress made sure that we ALWAYS had drinks and other items. We were thoroughly satisfied, and would like to commend Rachael for such a great job. We dine regularly with this business, and they take care of us ALWAYS in #1 fashion. There has NEVER been a problem with anything. Overall the experience was good. Food quality has gone down but can tell the chief is good and does this best. My only complaint is the restaurants air conditioning was down and not working. They didn't have anything to try and help with air movement so most of my party was sweating during their meal. The restaurant didn't say anything or even acknowledge it. The workers were so hot. I don't think those are conditions anyone should Deal with.

Granted it was Father's Day and very busy, we were seated around 7:30 PM and they were out of a lot of side options, at least the ones we ordered. Rather than ask which replacement side we wanted they brought random sides. My NY center cut steak was ordered medium, it was cold and dry when brought out, most likely rested too long and was well done by the time it made it to our table. My son's broccoli was also cold and did it have the garlic butter as advertised.

Kelly was our outstanding server. She was attentive and quick getting out order. My husband's prime was dry and she got him another slice. Terrific! We love the food and service at Black Angus!
