Would rate a negative star if I could. Awful customer service and they want to try to close early/not make fresh pretzels when they aren’t supposed to close till 6.

Not the friendliest but not much if a difference if you like pretzels!

Rude to customers, food was good, but those little girls are absolutely rude.

So when the staff forgot half my order and I had to remind them of order they were short and rude with comments. Then after I left right in front of my daughter's they began talking about me. Rude people

This is the best restaurant in the mall! The pretzels are always fresh and delicious. The location is always clean.
