I ordered a panettone from their website with delivery to Northern Italy. A distance of 5 days from the order (excluding Christmas and Eve) I have no news of the shipment despite on their site the shipment has been guaranteed in 48h from receiving the order. The app whats service is completely non-existent. The telephone service is very long and desperate.. from 10 minutes waiting to talk to a party operator to ask for information on the order and receive at least one tracking code. Monitoring has never provided.. Today I think it hasn't been shipped yet. I also reported the 25-minute long call to the bar where the lady left me waiting for my request for information. I won't buy anything from them anymore. Customers must be up to date on the status of the order and any problem in their management!

An ideal stop for those traveling on the highway and not only, large parking, great for lunch for all tastes, affordable prices, clean and spacious environment, however, it would be better not to approach the pastry counter otherwise you can't help it.
