The cashier avoided making eye contact, tossed my receipt aside without asking, and handed me my sandwich without a bag. When I requested one, he appeared shocked, as if I had asked for his last remaining kidney.

Popped in to get some food and use the toilet on the way to Big Ben. There was a sign on the toilet door saying it was out of order, but we saw someone go in, so we asked the guy behind the counter (while standing in the queue to order) if it was working, and he rudely said yes, but it's only for customers. Decided just to get a cookie instead of ordering food, used the toilet, and left. Maybe try waiting to see if someone orders before being rude, then you might get more customers!

The woman working today with red hair was exceptionally kind and made my bad day much better. She deserves a raise.

"Pycha quick jedzonko, w goodnie". Bulka dluga z rozdatkami mieso, wedliny, ser, salatki. The only minus is missing.
