Papa John's Pizza West Norwood

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. Our pizza took over an hour to arrive, and part of our order was missing. It took an additional hour for the missing items to be delivered, making it a total of 2 hours. This was for a 30th birthday celebration, and everyone was extremely disappointed. The pizza was very greasy and appeared to be made without much care. I called multiple times for updates, but once they realized my number, they stopped responding. However, they did answer when I called from a different number. I will never order from Penge Papa John's again. The pizzas are expensive, low quality, and the customer service is horrible. You're better off just getting a few frozen pizzas from the supermarket.

I usually live a Papa John's but this was awful Plastic cheese and hardly and toppings. Service was pretty rude without a single smile or update as I waited in shop for twenty mins at LT fir our two pizzas

We ordered a pizza an hour before the restaurant closed. They took our money and told us the pizza had been delivered, but it never arrived. We were waiting outside and did not miss any delivery. We were completely disappointed that there was no cancellation message or notification that the pizza would not be coming. We had arranged our order within the time frame, but due to the lack of communication, we did not order from another company assuming that Papa John's would deliver as promised. We will never order from this restaurant again because no one contacted us and we were left in the dark about our order. We are furious.

We ordered takeout a few days ago and my food arrived quickly. The pizza was still warm, delicious, and loaded with toppings. I absolutely loved it!

Me and my friend ordered a pizza for it not to even start to be made until 8 minutes later. Once it started to be made none of the staff were wearing gloves and no one sanitised their hands after handling all the receipts in the till. Very shock that this is how a business is run especial in these times
