Nice location, staff was great. Outdated but they started renovations the week after I checked out. Gym was closed due to the pandemic and there was no restaraunt but as good as I could find int the area and really not their fault

A beautiful hotel sure to provide a comfortable stay for any purpose. I was here particularly on business and chose to stay here again having considered the following: level of service provided, special mention to Greesha at front desk for helping me get the right room and recommending a CAA discount I never knew I had cleanliness amenities (though I was not able to use the pool, the rest were great breakfast is well made and tasty, great way to start my day great for business, printing services available which helped a lot lots of parking, easy access price GREAT value! location conveniently located by all major amenities, restaurants, gas stations, highway, shopping (e.g. my main place Costco), etc. Highly recommend!

I have to say. I was planning to see my family before everything got too crazy. So I booked a room and headed right down to London looking for a bed to sleep in. I got so much more, friendly greetings from Andrew at front desk, and only followed by amazing service at the bistro for a drink after long day with my family. Andrew and Mike had me laughing and relaxing better that when at home wish I was staying longer or could steal them to work with me.

I recently spent three days at the hotel with my grandaughter, who was having her fourth birthday (we were also going through a very tragic family matter that i did not discuss, the goal was to remove her from that and give her a happy day on her birthday) The staff Andrew and Mike at the Bistro were both awesome with her. They did little things that meant the world to her. paying attention to if she ate her birthday dinner, giving her a cookie and then later a chocolate cup cake for her bday. They brought her all little shampoos and soaps because she wanted her own little ones because she is little. Cutting up the chicken strips into nuggets so that she got exactly what she ordered even though nuggets were not on the menu. Saying happy birthday to her and hello while going through the lobby. They made this little girl forget that sad news that we had received and let her concentrate on being the birthday girl!!!! I thank the staff for showing her such wonderful care. The room was clean, quiet and nice and warm. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back! Lisa

Stayed at Courtyard for business tough being away from home and front desk Andrew was friendly and inviting. Made stay pleasant by being helpful with directions and local things to do…. Thanks Richard P
