Shwarma Palace - Lambeth Canada

I adore shawarma, so I decided to visit this restaurant. The food is incredibly delicious and full of flavor. The prices are good and the atmosphere is nice, not as high-end as I had anticipated but still worth a visit. You will definitely enjoy their shawarma.

I traveled from the United States and had dined at this establishment before. My previous experience was good, but this time was an exception. I waited at the counter for over 20 minutes and was completely ignored. I observed them serving customers who arrived after me. One of the staff members told another that she was next in line, and the man (if I can use that term to describe him) told me to wait a minute before continuing to ignore me. I eventually left feeling upset as no one acknowledged my presence. Just a friendly reminder that all customers deserve equal treatment and should be served in the order they arrive. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as they made no effort to apologize or stop me from leaving even when they saw me doing so. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and treat them with respect, so there is no need to put up with this kind of behavior.

I ordered a chicken shawarma plate from The Palace tonight and it was fantastic. The restaurant has a diverse menu, including sweet potato fries, burgers, salmon, and falafel. The portion size of the shawarma plate was generous, with a variety of vegetables, potatoes, and rice. The restaurant is clean and has ample seating. The staff were friendly as well. I would definitely return, as the dish was different from other shawarma places in the area.
