If you have a craving for cheese, this is the place to visit. This food truck is consistently parked downtown year-round and is a popular vendor at many downtown festivals. I can only speak to the quality of their grilled cheese sandwiches, as it would be a mistake to order anything else. I tried the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich, which was loaded with different cheeses, arugula, and avocado, while my partner opted for a less cheesy version. Despite the high price, the delicious taste makes it worth every penny. Any cheese lover should make a stop here.
