Order at your own risk. I ordered food for pickup at 2:30 on the app and arrived at 2:30 to find a be back in 5 minutes sign. I waited until 3:10, now late for work, when a security officer said they haven't been open all day and have that be back in 5 minutes sign up. The app let me order and said the order is ready for pickup. Extremely frustrating going to have to get my money back now. Never ordering from this location again.

The people who work here seem lazy. They don't confirm your Skip the Dishes order and just leave it until you eventually cancel your order.

Very unsanitary. Use to work there. No dishwasher in the back room. Runs out of hot water. Dishes are not washed. Food is not washed.There is black mold growing under the wet sink in the back.

Claire went above and beyond while she was working solo during busy hours. She made me and my buddy a great burrito and was swift in taking orders with a lineup and was making them while also having an uber eats order in the queue. Freshii is a great place to eat, especially if you’re vegan/vegetarian cause there’s lots of options.

The website was not updated that the Masonville location was closed. Then drive out to the Beaverbrook location and could not add any meat to my orders because the steamer was broken. Options or discount should have been applied! Find portions are small.
