Today at lunch, Saturday January 20th/2024 around 11:45AM We ordered 2 beef hotdogs On BOTH there was trace amounts of mustard on the INSIDE of the tinfoil wrapper they're served in. We noticed as soon as we opened them to put on our condiments of choice at the station (WE BOTH HATE MUSTARD!! since the customer (us! are the ones to dress your own hotdogs then how did the mustard get on the inside of BOTH are tinfoil wrappings In addition to this, for the 3RD time in a row (today the previous 2 consecutive Saturday's the rootbeer from the soda dispenser machine has lacked any flavor syrup to the point it comes out almost CLEAR! We always say Ty, have a positive day when we receive our order (over 20yrs they NEVER even once remotely acknowledged, just flat out completely dismiss ignore you go right on calling out the next number Please do better Costco! Good food, poor service. was scolded when I helped my son get a fries box cover from the counter directly where everyone else does the same thing the service staff needs training to treat people equally. Also learn to place the stuff properly if they believe those can be easily contaminated. Delicious and inexpensive food! I recommend the chicken strips, French fries and the ice cream. DO NOT get the pizza unless your taste buds don’t work.
