Bento Sushi - Lambeth Canada

Used to get them to prepare fresh salmon sushi all the time. Went back today and they told me they wont do it anymore. I offered to pay more as I don’t like the shrimp and still not. Very disappointed

This might be the worst service I've had in any restaurant. I went here a few years ago and enjoyed it but obviously things have changed. No one checked on us after serving our food, no offers to refill our water, they forgot to bring my friend his rice... every time we needed something we had to get up and walk over to them or yell. It was frustrating.

I have been in twice they have no idea what spicy Maki is got order was not happy I will not be going back

What a fantastic addition to the Ealing restaurant scene. Since Ta Ke opened a few months ago I have been back almost a dozen times and have taken many friends and family (when rules have allowed us to!!! . Super friendly staff, clean and charming restaurant. The menu is wide and diverse so if you fancy cute starters, nigiri and sashimi or ramen and tonkatsu, Ta Ke cater for all. The sake menu is also great and overall the entire menu is superbly priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I would give less than one star if I could. This was the worst sushi experience I have ever had, potentially the most disappointing resturant experience of my life. From the miso soup (bland) to the seaweed salad (not good) to the various rolls that we tried, we were NOT impressed. We were super hungry and excited to try this place out because we love sushi, but we ended up sending two rolls (should've sent all 4 rolls) back because they lacked flavour and were honestly inedible. The presentation was unappetizing, the fish was cut into uneven pieces, every roll was covered in mayo (not mentioned on the menu) it was all bad. Our server abandoned us and another woman had taken over, she was great. After our second complaint, the owner came to see us and was defensive and rude. She did not apologize or hear our concerns and refused to take the roll off our bill. I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. I am not sure why they were busy and some of the reviews on here are shocking, I can't believe that we are talking about the same place. If you want good service and good food, don't go here. Overall an awful experience. If the owners would like to amend this, our contact information is on the take out menu for covid purposes.
