Bidrage med feedbackI placed an order on skip the dishes because it lets you add toppings to your hot dogs, whereas Uber doesn’t. First mistake was using skip the dishes, the second was thinking my order would come right from the staff at a 7-11.Skip was showing 22 min till order arrives and then 53 mins..so I called 7-11 to see what they know. The guy who answered said “oh your order left 10 minutes ago”. So I try the chat with skip so I can raise hell…and I get no luck. The chat and customer support would not connect.So I call 7-11 back and a different kid answers and said I just finished making your order, the guy you talked to before mistakened yours for an Uber. Then I asked him if he could make my order fresh because it’ll be cold and the slurpee will be melted! He said he would do that for me, which I thought was nice.My skip order arrived 1 hour and 20 min later…no pickles on my hot dog and no slurpee!! Awesome. I just wanted to relax before my busy work week. Never againThis whole ordeal was such a headache…I wish I opted out of placing any order and just went to bed hungry. Because now I’m going to bed hungry and angry!
Always a huge line with the staff slowly waddle around and talk.It's like actually a 25min ordeal to go buy a bottle of water
Went for the SLUSHIE wish they had more locations , closer to home.
Most every employee is great especially the night staff. My problem is with one individual on the day staff, if you don't like your job quit. . This staff member will stand there , not say a word, expect you to know that they are ready to cash you out and they're very rude. This staff member was there today in the afternoon about 4pm, out of the two staff members this person was the tallest. . It's your job to greet a customer, At the very least you could say I can help who's next but you couldn't even be bothered to do that. I'm not the only person to notice this person being rude. You're in customer service act like it. Again props to the rest of the staff. If it weren't for her this 7/11.would get a 5 star review from me.
Worst service ever in the whole world The store is full of customers And the cashiers are yelling at the customers
