Rude employees! Have stopped going through drive thru because some employees don't care how they treat customers. It's a shame that these people still have jobs after reading a whole newsreel about this store and some of the employees including a manager being the worst yet. Very sad

The worker dropped the tool on the floor, picked it up and he used to make my drink after tapping it on the counter to clean it. Gross
