Starbucks - Lakewood

We ordered a coffee box to go and waited for over 20 minutes. we went in and watched the coffee sit in the brewing station for 15 of the 20 minutes finished, susanna was everywhere. she seemed frustrated. Anyway, while we waited, I could draw this masterpiece.

The manager here was very rude. he had absolutely no reason to treat a customer with so much hostility. he was completely unprofessional and simply unbelievably aggressive and dismaying. I will never visit this place because of his behavior.

The parking lot is a fire. many people park in the rooms that are locked by the drive thru. this can be a really bad mistake because the drive thru can be extremely slow here. the staff is friendly and the coffee is satisfactory. I would not recommend coming here if they are in a hurry, or want to work the extremely small dining room, but otherwise it's okay. when they go in, they do not make the mistake of parking in the dieucks, they use the adjacent lot area and just pass. it can prevent them from being caught on the parking lot.

Customer service is wonderful! Everyone says hello when you walk in and are always friendly. Hard to find customer service like this anymore. I always walk in to order and get out within a reasonable time.

I get people are short staffed but if that’s the case don’t put your estimated pick up time for a time that you’re not going to have the order ready. And if you’re only going to have 2 employees make sure they know how to make drinks. That’s not fair to the employee that didn’t get the right training and you’re throwing her to the wolves it seems like.
