Starbucks - Lakewood

Susan Wagner is the GOAT!!! My mom had a really rough day but still picked up the parking lot on her way in and SW hooked her up for her act of kindness. Kindness begets kindness, Wagner has no idea the difference and joy she made in my mom today. Thank you!

The best and the most pleasant Starbucks I've been to! I am sitting here right now with coffee and catching up on emails. The morning here was extremely busy, but all of the staffs were so upbeat and efficient, well beyond your expectation. Baristas are asking one another if they need anything, etc. This Starbucks really made my day. 5 starts A Will come again for coffee AND motivation!

Thank you all for coming to work today and brightening my day with your smiles, happiness to serve and thoughtful in your words and actions. I frequent this Starbucks on a regular basis may it be via drive through or meetings with clients and friends in their clean, comfortable dining area. Today I was introduced to a new fashion of Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel swirl on top. Yummm! Thank you for the suggestion! You blessed my day with your care and service. Taking the time and effort to see the need to close the blinds as I visited with a friend in the setting sunlight was very thoughtful.

The make coffee. The people are nice. The place is clean. Yay

Put in a mobile order about 15 minutes before I arrived. It was not ready when I got there, and no one acknowledged me or asked what I was waiting for. I waited another 10 minutes before I just had leave without my drink or I was going to be late to work. Not great experience.
