Starbucks - Lakewood

VERY RUDE, LAZY AND UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEES Placed a mobile order yesterday (Sunday night when I got there part of my order was ready and one girl said my drink was still being made but for some reason none of the employees knew where my drink was including the one who supposedly made it after about an hour of waiting they said apparently someone took it (without any of the 8 employees seeing them I don't know they made another one (took them all off 5 minutes ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES WORKING THAT NIGHT WERE ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND JUST UNFRIENDLY LIKE IT WAS OBVIOUS NOT ONE THEM WANTED TO BE THERE oh and at the time I went it wasn't even crowded inside THE SMALL BUILDING and the drive thru wasn't either. I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER. THE EMPLOYEES AT THE ONE ON CARSON IN HAWAIIAN GARDENS ARE SO MUCH NICER AND FRIENDLY LIKE THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO BE WORKING THERE

I grab my drink and other item I order, this employee (male) blonde hair didn't greet me he share at me rudely as if I came to steal someone else drinks. They're also out of long straws. ???? ???? ????.

Look the Americano coffee is hard to handle or get use to but all the sweet flavored coffees are the bomb?The Sweet Bomb? I had the Starbucks version of the Sausage McMuffin which was decent but not quite McDonald?s!!!?? You know what I mean??????????????????????????????

Justine is absolutely amazing! There is a Starbucks closer to where I live, but I specifically drive the extra mile or so to this Starbucks because her customer service is exceptional!

This store unsafely lets their drive through line back up on to the road and around the corner. They refuse service if you try to join the drive through from their parking lot. Today there was a girl outside who was managing the line....this is intentional.
