Shannon is incredibly kind and accommodating! We truly enjoyed how easy it was to order, the high-quality ingredients, and the clear passion the owner has for what they do. The entire experience was just plain fun. After a lot of "field research" (or, as we like to call it, life experience), we both agreed that the Foxy Brown Butter Brickle ice cream was among the best we've ever tasted. The people in front of us in line had come all the way from Vail and were excited to share their love for this place with us. The excellent service and sense of community made our visit even more special. We can't wait to come back soon!

Absolutely amazing! The ice cream flavors were incredibly unique and all so delicious! The idea of serving it in nitro coffee was brilliant! I will definitely be back for more. Thank you for accommodating me and my friends, especially when you were about to close!

This is the best coffee and ice cream combination I've ever had! I typically don't buy snacks when I'm at the mall, but the staff at this shop were incredibly friendly. The butter brickle on the cold brew was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be stopping by every time I visit!

I opted for something different this time: an affogato. It's ice cream served in a cup with espresso poured over it. It was amazing! I can't wait to return.

The coffee here is quite good, though a bit on the pricey side and with a lot of options, it's not my first choice. My main issue is the confusing layout at Colorado Mills. It took me a while to understand what they were offering, as the menu is displayed multiple times in the same area, featuring overly complicated text that makes it frustrating to read. I actually had to double-check to ensure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me! There was so much to read just to realize that they primarily serve coffee and ice cream—that’s all. When I asked for recommendations since it was my first visit, the staff seemed dismissive and annoyed by my question. I won't be returning to this location.
