The pizza was incredible, but the cold sub was terrible—there was no meat in it at all.
The brownie sundae didn't come with any brownie. I didn't realize that I needed to pay extra for a side or that I would have to choose brownie bites, especially since the picture depicted brownie slices. I ended up having to choose a waffle bowl, and it also didn't come with any whipped cream.
Rita's has always been one of my favorites since it's close to my house and absolutely delicious. Recently, they made some renovations, and I find that my orders are now much quicker than before. The place is family-friendly and beautifully decorated, and their ice creams are incredibly refreshing on hot summer days! Highly recommended!
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic! They provide top-notch service. I had to wait for a few minutes, and as a gesture, they treated me to a complimentary ice cream, although it wasn't very good. I definitely recommend checking out this location in Lakewood! The ice cream, the custard, and the friendly employees are all amazing!
