Panera Bread - Lakewood

$52 for 3 cups of soup and 2 1/2 sandwiches. That's an average of $17 a person. Not to mention they are out of half of everything. This place will deserve it when it sees it demise. What a giant rip off.

Edit: just called again and they took this time. they said they could make me eat for the next time, but when I asked if there is something they could do to make it tonight, the employee hanged on me. shocking bad level of customer service. this place has my ordering about 70% of the time I order from them. I don't know why I still give them a chance. Just ordered the delivery and they sent the wrong suppe called to ask how we could do it right and nobody answered the phone. save the money and the time and go somewhere else.

What the heck happened to Panera's? Customer service, quality and pricing is a BIG, Big, big disappointment! I ordered the pick 2, a scone a small drink..$25!!!!! Really? I could have went to Red Lobster for that price and got better quality food! I threw the sandwich away, yuck and the salad was so small. Plus I stood there and waited for my order for 20 minutes while they completed all the online, delivery orders! What happened to taking care of the customers standing right in your face? I will NEVER go back, NEVER! Prices are just ridiculous so I won't even go to other locations with better service! Get it together Panera!

The location was clean and well staffed. The service was not great as the workers rushed through everything. The food came out fast and was fresh. Overall, a good meal and we will go back.

This location just always seems so lost. I stopped doing rapid pickup here because when I come in when it says it's ready I'm actually waiting another 20 minutes because they've just hit the ready button but my meal hasn't even been started. Now I am doing to go orders but they still take forever. I am waiting right now going on 20 minutes and the people next to me have waited 45 minutes. That is unacceptable for something that is supposed to be fast and easy. The location by my house (Aspen Grove) gets the same amount of foot traffic and still manages to get orders out in 5-8 minutes every single time and pick up orders are ready when they say that they are. Extremely dissatisfied.UPDATE: I cancelled my order because it had been 36 minutes and they hadn't even started on my food...
