Kfc - Lakewood

It was a complete drop that came to kfc. the service here is terrible. it took 15 minutes to get a chocolate shake. eating was okay, but not great. the people were not friendly at all, and there is a terrible smell in the building. it's disgusting.

Worse KFC ever, unhealthy and unsanitary kitchen aswell. A bunch of childern working that keep there gloves on after touching cash and personal items. Waited 20 minutes to head to the location after I placed my online order to only be told when I got there they hadent started it. It took them 45 minutes. They still messed it up after all that time. No biscuits or gravy. HORRIBLE LOCATION!

This place is terrible, don't spend your money. it is uncareful, smells like a bath when you enter, and the personal does not change gloves when it does anything. we ordered online and had to wait 30 minutes only to get an order that was short and had to wait another 15 minutes.

It 's amazing to me) how different locations of the same franchise restaurants in the same city can be so different in quality. This location of KFC is okay , but things like excess ice in drinks, watered down soda, indifferent service add up. Are we doomed post-Covid to accept cold expensive chicken pieces about $2.50/each) and overpriced $3) and over iced soda as the norm? I hope things get better.

Waited for 20 minutes stuck in the drive through to be told to go astound and wait. Waited 15 more minutes, went back to the drive through to see what was wrong and they said idk what happened . The girl in the drive through gave us a strawberry shake to make the 40 min wait better. So 3 stars for that! For what is worth the food was good.
