Bidrage med feedbackI wish I could give 0 stars to this Dunkin? Donuts I ordered 2 medium ice coffees and 3 donuts got 5 donuts instead but BUT! I got charged for the whole order I demand someone to check twice before sending an order this is the 2nd!!!! time that thishappens not happy with it I even called the place and said that I have to pick it up my god So rude on the phone said she had avideo of them putting my coffees in the bag but never got it! Never buying here again I definitely don?t recommend buying here!Furious
The staff are nice for the most part, Iij will at least give them that so regardless of error I try to still tip simply because they are polite but multiple times my order, as simple as it is, it is either wrong or the food isn't prepared right. I alwaysget a coffee a cold brew with sweet cream and 2 glazed sticks. If they put the correct donuts in the bag(there has been timesthey give me random donuts) the glazed sticks are 99% of the time under cooked. I don't know if that leaves a chance for foodpoisoning since it is a raw dough but I haven't had the person that I'm getting them for complain about food poisoning yet, justthe fact that there is raw dough in the middle which they have shown me. Honestly I don't know why they continue to order itwhen I ask if they want anything when I'm going for coffee. There have been a few other errors in orders but like I said atleast they are polite for the amount of people they get in the day.
Prepare to be late for work if you visit this place. The staff at the drive-thru are both unreasonably slow and impolite. I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.
Wow, I can't believe how disappointed I am. You must be crazy if you think I'm going to keep coming back after this. I've always been a loyal customer, but that was my last visit, I swear.
If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. The experience was terrible, with no customer service whatsoever. I ordered an iced latte, but they tried to give me an iced coffee instead. When I requested a refund, the staff member told me I had to use the app to request my money back, which is not an option. I'd be stuck going through a long email exchange with customer service just to possibly get my money back. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here; the last time I complained, they made me wait for 10 minutes and then handed me an iced coffee. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until later and didn’t want to go back. In short, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
