Charleys Cheesesteaks - Lakewood

New Charley's Cheesesteak in Lakewood. Was as expected taste as other franchises visited thur out Ohio. I think the one in Lexington KY is still the best.

They have the essentials. No gluten-free options really, and sometimes the ice-cream machine is down for the shakes. Sandwiches and boneless wings were well received.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The food from Lakewood Charley's Philly Steak restaurant, delivered through Grubhub, arrived fresh and hot, including the fries. My order was correct, well-packaged, and generous in portion. I’m happy to provide such positive feedback. Thank you for a great experience!

The customer service was excellent, and the food was incredibly fresh, warm, and delicious. A gentleman came over to check on me, which I really appreciated. This was by far the freshest tasting Charley's I've had from any of their locations.

The steak was decent, and the cooks did a good job. However, the staff at the counter seemed more focused on getting food and drinks for themselves rather than serving the customers. I noticed that no one at the counter was wearing gloves, although the cooks were. Additionally, Lisa coughed into her hands without washing them and then handled food, drink cups, and lids before handing them to customers. It was quite unappetizing. I won’t be returning and feel this should be reported to the health department.
