Big Tree has a hige assortment of flavor! The long lines are so worth it.(don't forget your punchcard) I Love it and I get it almost every week in the summer with friends. it's the perf place to hang out and have a sweet treat. I recommend it 100

Not sure why the young women in the booth seemed so rude the other night but there was definitely some attitude being thrown around. My husband was handed an ice cream that was over-scooped and completely dripping, beyond the normal hot evening type melting.The ice cream was about to tip over and when he asked for a dish he was declined. Perhaps it was the window girl's last day because her behavior was of someone who did not care and probably should not be working with the public.

Big assortment of flavors but the young kids working are very rude and cocky..last time there they miss treating a special needs child which made them very sad.. I said something to the young girls working which got no response.. They need a adult to lead them SHAM ON YOU

The long lines are worth the wait! I've gone a good couple times (don't forget your punch card! and although sometimes the sizes can be a bit too plentiful, that's hardly a complaint for the average ice cream lover right?

Big disappointment. My caramel pretzel ice cream was very good, but my wife's raspberry cheesecake ice cream had a strong artificial taste--it didn't just taste like raspberries to me, and it was unpleasantly sweet. Get a sample before you order here! Sundaes seem to be made with fake whipped cream. Not bad, but second-rate.
