Firehouse Subs Lakeway Commons

Highly enjoyed my visit here. It was my first time at a Firehouse Subs and I wasn't sure what to get. The staff was awesome, frie dly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. They recommended the best pork and slaw sandwich ever!The restaurant was super clean, the food came out quick and delicious.10/10 recommend.

Warm and genuine hospitality! The staff doesn't just serve, they engage. Their friendly demeanor and authentic interactions make the dining experience feel like a visit to a good friend's home.

We didn't have much money at the time. My wife and I were fortunate this particular week and got to go out. Firehouse is by far our favorite sandwich shop. The staff was awful; really and truly. We left feeling unwelcomed. Looking back, I can't see how we could have offended in any way. At this point I'm only to assume that they did not enjoy our presence. Disheartening.
