I've been ordering from Chans for over a year now, and I haven't had a single complaint. The quality of the food is consistently excellent and never greasy like other places. The staff are always friendly, which adds to the experience. This is our go-to spot for weekends and when friends come over! Whenever we have guests, they always compliment us on how great the food is. Thank you, Chans, for maintaining such high standards! Keep up the fantastic work!

Absolutely terrible service when they messed up my order. I got home and called in as they didn?t give me the type of rice I ordered. The gal just said I could come back in for what I need other than that there is nothing else I can do. No apology atall. When I asked if there were other options and was surprised by this response she told me I didn?t have to have an attitude.Appalled at how they could be in business with this kind of customer service. Not even an apology.

Portions are GENEROUS! Ordered the best sesame chicken south of the river and the lid was about to burst! Food was hot and tasted great the next day.
