Just off Main street opposite the spotted dog is a grey building so unappealing from the outside that no one would ever imagine what treasures are found inside. Beautiful restored antiques fused with modern chalk paint finishes dazzel your eyes while small decor ceramics and other elements are positioned around to add to the overall design. It's a decorators treasure trove complete with bespoke furniture that will excite your next decorating project. Together with the decor is a cute cakery that creates the most outrageous cake treats. Think fusion cakes like a fusion of carrot cake and cheesecake yummy and peppermint crisp and chocolate...ohlala I could visit for days yummy Great sized breakfast and lunch portions and open kitchen styled dishes. Lovely to visit with the girls for tea treats and treasures.

How many ways are there to fall into cheesecake? About six. And they're all at Sweet Cillie's Cakery. Red velvet, peanut brittle, chocolate, caramel, and other flavours too delicious to ignore! I first discovered their cake at a relative's baby shower. I then set out to find the shop. It is a delightful spot to enjoy a good coffee and take a moment to gather your wits. Your cake go to. Cilla made my husband's b-day cake which was a masterpiece both in terms of the design and the taste. To top that, have grabbed the lemon cheesecake to go and couldn't put the spoon down. Cilla is responsive and lovely to deal with. I've already put my next order down and so should you.

A move is as good as a holiday and what an impression Sweet Cillie's has made with the move to their new premises. They offer a nice cake selection, pastries, excellent coffee from Terbodore, sweet treats, jams and sauces. The premises is shared with a furniture store, also offering chalk paint, paint classes, decor items and succulents.

The absolute best cake you have EVER tasted in your entire life. WE have had two custom made birthday cakes done now and we will never use another baker again. Well priced, fantastic service and a cake you'll wish never ended.
