I loved the food ....rustic ....the mood was good ....would go again in a heartbeat.

A Thought we’d give this little restaurant a try as it has been around for many years .<br/ It is quite quaint , nothing really fancy .. it has a tavern look , plain and simple ... <br/ <br/ The service was really good. Everyone super friendly . <br/ <br/ Unfortunately the espetada was not cooked to my taste, wanted medium and received rare.. but did not complain and continued to enjoy .<br/ <br/ The prawns were perfectly cooked and unbelievably amazing !! Wow <br/ Definitely go back .

Been a regular at Maderia for years and the food has been recently the best ever. The peri peri chicken is delicious and calamari great. However the ribs have now become been a recent favourite. Yup the decor is seriously bland and needs some 'warming up ' but otherwise great food. The service is fine, and if your waitress is Rachel then expect great service.
