This KFC outlet serves the standard KFC Australian menu and is very well presented. Tables and service area is clean and free of previous diners debris. The food was served quickly and as ordered.

Whether ordering at the drive through or over the counter you will be kept waiting for a long time. The service is painfully slow. I sometimes wait over 5 mins at the drive through window to receive my food. Staff don't care. They don't apologize or even acknowledge that your there. They look right at you and then walk off. They are understaffed and the staff that do work there are pretty hopeless. The food itself is normally good although on occasions can be cold. Way too much mayo is added to the burgers though. The place inside looks modern but often tables are left dirty. Last time a customer got the mop from the bucket to clean up a spill on the floor that was there since i arrived and no one bothered to clean. Get your act together guys
