Waffle House - Lakeland

I have been restaurant manager for many years and I was very satisfied with my experience today. Joy, our server was friendly, courteous and absolutely amazing! we were greeted with an immediate greeting and smiling that continued throughout our visit. highly recommended! I am from ohio, but will definitely return during my next Florida visit! Many thanks that joy is exactly what her name is. it was a joy meeting! they are a price for this facility!

Vicky and Renee keep this place alive. All of the odd hours tend to leave a drag on people but I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I never had to ask for a refill or had to deal with a delay in service. We liked everything we ate and the waitresses were so kind. Do not sleep on this place when in a late night pinch Renee and Vicky will take care of you.

Wonderful experience at this location. Great food wonderful people very friendly. Couldn't have been a better experience. If I'm ever near this place again I will definitely stop in again.

I came to breakfast twice. the first time I waited very fast, but I didn't get all my food. I ordered an additional page of toast and did not get it. I ordered my waffel with chocolate chips and it just came, and there were 1 other thing I didn't get and I can't remember. but the service was good, so I didn't complain and I still tipped and I thanked the waitress and the cook for the good food. tonight I came back and I got very fast service and I ordered a patty melt with brown has a side added on the side of grotten, coffee and a glass ice water. I've eaten very fast. this part was really good that it came out quickly. but it was a bacon egg and cheese sandwich hash browns and coffee. So I eat the wrong food and it was good. it was not even close to what I ordered. I ate it because I have learned that they never say anything negative about eating or the service until after eating, if possible. I didn't even complain to the young lady when I checked out. I'm not, if I can't tell you anything nice, I choose not to say anything. life is short to have unnecessary negative effects. even when I was ready to leave, I asked about my check and go to a little box. about 10 minutes later I finally got up and went to the cash register and I got the other waitress to check me out. once again, the food I got was good and it was quickly separated.
