Starbucks - Lakeland

I went to Starbucks and immediately I noticed that the interior of the shop was rebuilt. The counter was longer and the refrigerator was gone. The store looked fantastic. But what happened next was extraordinary. I had amazing customer service. I never had a bad experience at this point, but the service was exceptional today. Bri H. was great. She went beyond and beyond. She made me and my 2 young daughters with the glasses feel very special, comfortable, welcome and appreciated as a customer. She even told them she liked her glasses. Briketts H. was friendly, friendly, helpful, professional, caring, and she knew her job. Please let Bri H. know that she simply added sunshine to our day by herself. She should be a customer service coach. They exemplary perfection in a world where so many people don't care about their job or customers. Starbucks, she's a guard. Thank you. Starbucks for setting an angel. And let them know that the mother with the two young daughters with glasses has appreciated her kindness.

I absolutely love their hot chai latte with coconut milk and whip cream. My girls like their hot chocolate with whip cream.. Their cake pops are awesome. I used the pink cake pops for my daughters sweet sixteen and everyone loved them and was cheaper than buying at a bakery.. Their pumpkin cake, taste great when you request it warm with a side of whip cream. Absolutely addictive and taste amazing if love you like chai latte and pumpkin cake

The Starbucks on Wedgwood is truly the best; the employees are incredibly friendly, and I have a lot of respect for the young team working there. They all treat customers with respect, which reflects well on the company and the manager running the store. The staff seems happy and proud of their work, always going out of their way to provide excellent service. It’s a rare find! I do urge you to be patient with them during busy times; they really do their best to work quickly. Make sure to stop by and see for yourself what I’m talking about!

This Starbucks is a great spot to plug in your laptop and spend the day. However, it does get quite cold inside, so be sure to bring a jacket and wear pants. One downside is that there's no shade for your car, which can be inconvenient. The traffic flow is also a bit problematic, as the drive-thru lane stacks cars right in front of the entrance. This means you might have to wait for cars in the drive-thru to move before you can park, or you'll end up parking directly in front of the door. Because of this traffic design flaw, I'm giving it 4 stars. I haven't had a chance to see the backs of the padded benches yet, but they are really comfortable. Starbucks should consider using this style in all their new locations.
