Starbucks - Lakeland

Waited 10 minutes they were waiting on customers that were way after me they seemed to have forgotten my drink and were very rude when I asked.

I dont even want to put a star, but it's the only way I can post. New cup dropped on shelf this morning, May 9 2023. My husband waited in line for right at an hour, 7th person back with about 20 behind him. The doors opened at 8 am. When he got to the wall of cups, he realized there were no more and heard them saying they only had 3 cups to sell. THREE.. Someone could have come outside to let everyone know that this was the case. It's a shame that customers couldn't get that much respect, so they could make a decision to leave or not and not continue to stand in line for the selling of only THREE cups. The amount of money that people, myself included, spend at Starbucks and they can not have employees give customers a heads up to this chaotic decision to only release THREE cups.

One of them little young girls gave me bad creamer. I order a Salted Caramel Cold brew, and I seen little white pieces floating around in my drink, and I felt sick after drinking a little bit afterwards.

Awesome place for coffee the drinks here are incredible staff is very friendly.
