Red Lobster Lakeland

The bathroom at this restaurant was a major concern, as it was dirty with toilet paper scattered everywhere, running water in the sink, and unflushed toilets. The floors were also dirty and the counter tops were wet. The red snapper dinner was disappointing, as it was tasteless and overcooked, while the rice was undercooked. The cauliflower au gratin was just okay. The hot tea I ordered was lukewarm and the artichoke dip was barely warm, when it should have been served hot. Our server was pleasant and took my red snapper dish off the check, which was the only positive aspect of the experience.

We had a birthday party at this restaurant. Initially, we encountered some difficulties as we requested seating for 12 people and were told rudely by the management that they were unable to accommodate us without a reservation made one week in advance and a $100 deposit. Despite this, we were eventually seated and our hostess, Mikaylah, took our orders promptly. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, including lobsters, various shrimps, steak, chicken skewers, and drinks. The only downside was the burnt Brussels sprouts. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, but there seemed to be some roughness from the management. Overall, our experience was good once we were seated and served.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely dreadful.

Special mention for our server, Jennifer. Their vibration added what was a very good culinary occasion.

Had a birthday party. At first it started a little rough. We asked for placement for 12. It was very rudely told by the administration, they had no seats for many and a reservation should have been made one week in advance with a deposit of $100. I asked to sit every place where we're all close. We celebrated a 92-year-old person. There weren't so many people in the restaurant. I said we had to wait 30 or more minutes. Again, I said that was good. We finally sat at the table, which was usually all accommodated. Our hostess, Mikaylah took our orders and got food very fast. Our orders included lobsters, various shrimps, steak, chicken tsarges and drinks. The hostess expected our needs before we could ask for something. Only the bad one was the burned Brussels spits. The toilets were clean. The place was very well maintained. The waiter turned on the roughness of the management.
