Mr. Pollo Mexican Grill - Lakeland

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The burritos are incredible and the hot sauce they provide is so tasty and flavorful. The chips they serve are out of this world! Despite moving 35 minutes away, we still make the trip to come and eat here.

This restaurant experience was extremely disappointing and I would not return. I advise others to observe how their food is being prepared, as I did. I politely asked the cashier to request that the food preparer change her gloves, as I saw her rinse them off with water after touching other items behind the counter. The cashier agreed, but then the manager stepped in and accused me of being rude. He refunded me my money but allowed the same food preparer to continue working with the same gloves. The manager was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be patronizing this establishment again.

Firstly, the food was absolutely FIRE! So good! Everything was very clean and organized. Staff very nice and accommodating. Music was a nice mix ?

Chorizo nachos are incredible. Everything has always been very good here. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is a great spot to indulge in and savor Hispanic cuisine.
