Moe's Southwest Grill - Lakeland

I have visited many Moe's locations, but this one is truly the best. The food is consistently fresh, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the preparation of the food is impeccable. The burrito I had was the most tightly wrapped and delicious one I have ever eaten. My team and I frequently come here after practice for a satisfying and healthy meal that never disappoints. The atmosphere in the restaurant is always lively, with great music playing in the background. Overall, this is a quality dining destination.

Every time I visit this Moes location, it's no shock that I end up having a negative experience. The workers argue, the restaurant is not clean, the salsa seems old, and the wait time is lengthy. It's puzzling how all the fast food places in Lakeland are this terrible. I hope the franchise owner takes notice of this review and takes action to improve the situation.

Steak is dry, plus not freshly cooked. Cashier makes food and cashes out customers with gloves on. He doesn't change them. The other person makes orders and doesn't wear gloves.

Online ordered a burrito, no peppers and onions as ordered. As well as it had pickled jalapeño not fresh. And thats just what i noticed. No bueno. It was done quickly I'll give them that, albeit wrong.
