So sad ..that all they have to do is make Subs! Fresh meat fresh veggies and bread. I used to get a gargantuan sub. It was good ..but pricey. Got a turkey sub last week...the tomatoes were the size of a quarter and not even fresh! Cost me 16 bucks.after tip. Publix subs 7 bucks!!! Loaded fresh and Awesome!! Step it up Jimmy!!

My advice would be to stay away! Today I ordered a BLT sandwich from Jimmy John's. Let me tell you never again would I order from them. The service was fast, but the sandwich was horrible. I Don't know what kind of bacon that they are using, but it wasn't regular bacon! It had a nasty smell and when I tried to warm up the bacon the smell got worst. Then when I called the store to ask the young lady what kind of bacon they are serving because in my order the bacon had a funny smell and it was cold. (Her Reply was, I don't know it doesn't say it on the box. Really? are you kidding me if I order a BLT sandwich.... I want fresh Bacon!

I placed multiple online orders, and they literally put whatever they wanted in the sandwiches. Very disappointed. I called the store and the person that answered said that the owner told them not to follow what the customer ordered cause they weren't making money. Jimmy John's don't do promotions if you can't afford to give the customers what they ordered.

Jimmy Johns as a franchise is just wonderful, always quality no matter the state or city I’ve gone to. I specifically love this Jimmy Johns the best of all the Lakeland locations. In my experience, the staff is just always so kind and friendly and I always prefer to go to this one even just because I know I’ll always be welcomed warmly. They are also extremely quick, as is their tradition. Sometimes they are already handing me my sandwich right after I’ve paid, which is great. If you are on the go that is definitely super convenient. Also, if you are an avocado lover I would highly recommend the #12 Beach club! It has a special avocado spread that is marvelous! Their kettle chips are absolutely fantastic too, all of the flavors are good and I find myself craving them often. I love that all the options are healthy too. They have different kinds of bread you can get, and even lettuce instead! Jimmy Johns never gets old!
