Herby's Kitchen - Lakeland

I have been searching for a good spot to have a satisfying breakfast, and I have finally found it today. Normally, I pass by Herby's on Mondays when they are closed, but I had the day off and decided to stop by. I was pleasantly surprised. The French toast was delicious, and the portion sizes and prices were just right. I am excited to come back on my next day off.

My friend and I visited the restaurant at 11 am on Veterans Day. We were greeted right away and seated at a window table. The service was quick and efficient, but we didn't feel rushed. I ordered a 2-cheese omelette and my friend had the chicken dish. Both were delicious, generously portioned, and cooked perfectly. I appreciated the fact that it's a family-owned business. Our server mentioned that the owner was present. Overall, I had a great experience at the cafe and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Stopped by yesterday for lunch about 11:30 am, took a seat right in front of the host stand. After sitting for about 10 minutes with no staff interaction at all an elderly couple came in. Two staff members assisted them to a table, gave them menus andtook their drink order. I got up and headed to Reececliff where I know the service is spot on. Hey Herbies, word of mouth cankill a diner. You?ve lost my business.

This restaurant is a great find, offering a variety of dishes on their menu and providing friendly service. The prices are very fair. I enjoyed the ham and cheese omelet, which was pleasantly fluffy, compared to the flat style I make at home.

On their entrance is written Family Food and today, after having breakfast with them, I understood why! This is one of the friendliest places ever! Everyone is so nice and the way we were treated made us feel like we were regulars even though it wasour first time there. Food is also very good, feels like it has a deeper level of flavor to it. Prices were totally reasonable.I 'm sure will be back first chance we get.
