Britt's Cafe North Lakeland

Went on Friday morn 9/30/22. It was a little busy, but there were a few empty tables and two empty booths. The booths were not bussed. Were told we could sit at a booth someone would be right there to clean and help us. Sat down and waited. After about 15minutes they came and cleaned the both beside us, brought a couple back ,sat them and took their drink order. There were atleast 3 waitresses and one busboy that I saw. The waitresses passed us several times even the one that told us to set and theywould be right with us. It was not my first time there. But I am sorry to say it will probably be my last!

This place is a nice find! Fun atmosphere with outdoor seating. The Eggs Benedict and hash browns were perfect, nicely seasoned and just the perfect portion. Good coffee too. My server Jamie was very attentive and friendly, I'll definitely be back formore.

We gave the north side a shot and we liked him. my man has a huge omelette and I have a speck and cheese sandwich.

We enjoy locating mom and pop restaurants to support their businesses. The south location seems to do well and did not know there was a north location. It was a bit odd to find the restaurant hiding on the side of the plaza.We went on a Friday night and to our surprise the cafe was empty. I got the reuben sandwich and my family got the fish fry all you can eat. Menu stated the rye bread was grilled but it was soggy by the time I got it. The fish fry was ok and it was in bread crumb. At least the fries were good to eat. Too bad the menu was quite limited. Not much of a selection unless you enjoy sandwiches for dinner.1st server was pleasant and nice. Halfway through the meal, I guess there was a shift change so we got a new server. Quite different in personality, 2nd server delivered the food and just held it over the table without saying anything. The 2nd server walked by a few times but never said anything to us however kept an eye on us as we were suspicious. Idk maybe it was her first day on the job. Oh! and you cannot box up the all you can eat fish fry dinner.TLDR: hiding location, food was meh, service could be better

Worst experience ever!! It took 3 waitresses and 10 minutes just to get a cup of coffee.. Ended up ordering our food before we finally get our coffee. 45 minutes later still no food and no one checked on us to see if we needed a refill on our coffee so we just left!!! This has not always been the case as we have always had the most outstanding service but today was just the worst ever!!!
