Went and got 6 smoothlys. And found a fly in one of the drinks. I'm done.

Love the acai berry boost, green island and Thai chicken. Service is always fast and employees always do good service.

They probably won't stay in business too long with this kind of customer service. Bought 3 smoothies, a salad and 3 sandwiches. I paid for extra protein in one of them was given mediocre sandwiches did not taste fresh. My daughter refused to eat the sandwich. My son ate only half of his and mine is in the trash. I contacted them to let them know the issue with the order and that I've ordered the sandwiches in the past and it was good in the past and that something was off at this location with quality. I received a letter stating that they were going to give me a $10 gift card, instead of refunding, a part of my order. But that was a lie, because the envelope is empty. The sad thing is that I was going to a tropical smoothie 2 to 3 times every week because. I get a smoothie for breakfast and I usually have the wrap for lunch. Well I can tell you what, they won't get another dime from me. The fact that they did that is even more reason not to go to their store they can't even fix a mistake when you tell them that they made one, they should've issued a refund, even partial would've been better on the customer that just spent about $70. Thank goodness there are other options out there from other competitors. I guess I'll be switching it up to açaí bowls and smoothies from another place that I've been dying to try.

We walked around 9:10, and to my surprise they were already closed. Well I was pleasantly surprised when Donovan said he would take our order anyway. In a time where we are experiencing “quiet quitting” (employees doing bare minimum) this gentleman went above and beyond to make my night. Great work ethic and a Wonderful job! I will be returning! Thank you!!!

I would like to share a special and wonderful team at this place. for all their outstanding efforts I asked a day after the manager. he has taken my command! jay has prepared it too!
